Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Fujian Singyee Import & Export Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise foused on the design, development, and production of pet products. Our main products are pet beds, pet mats, pet blankets in various fabrics, and so on. We have a R&D center with 40 researchers and developers, who develop many popular products every year. In 2019, the company developed PCM cooling series products, popular in the USA and European markets. At the same time, the company also attaches great importance to the quality of its products and services.
Quality Control Procedures
We have 80 sales staff, 80 quality inspection personnel and 400 workers. We have all kinds of automatic cutting production lines, compression packaging production equipment, multi-needle quilting & ultrasonic production lines and TPU laminating production lines. We have a storage area of more than 10,000 square meters to ensure the production quality and delivery of orders. We can produce 50,000 pieces of dog & cat blankets and 20,000 pieces of dog & cat beds every day. In 2021, we produced 10 million pieces pet products.
